Lessons Learned as Project Manager

Project Management Complexity
Being a Project Manager extends far beyond creating timelines and sprint planning - it requires ensuring all plans remain relevant to user needs and accurately targeted for the market, while adapting to team capacity and conditions.
Team Specialization & Strengths
Not every team member needs to touch every area of the project. People contribute best when they focus on areas where they're comfortable and strong, delivering maximum value from their chosen roles.
Product Success Beyond Features
Even when features perfectly address problems and fit the target market, products won't materialize without engagement and ownership from within the team. Leaders must cultivate this spirit.
Leadership & Ego Management
Being the fastest worker doesn't mean the team can match that pace. Every member has their own rhythm, priorities, and responsibilities. Success comes from agreeing on a shared pace rather than imposing one's will.
My Role
I served dual roles as Project Manager & Tech Lead & iOS Developer, responsible for project coordination, team management, technical direction, SwiftUI implementation, and overall development workflow coordination.
