Background
The Information Hub is a prototype feature within the Ciputra Hub app, designed to streamline access to permit information for Citraland residents. It offers an intuitive platform where residents can find tailored permit details, download relevant documents, and manage properties across multiple Citraland locations. This scalable solution minimizes the need for Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) office visits, providing greater convenience and efficiency for residents.

Challenge
One significant challenge during the research phase was the lack of initiative to engage with the CRO office and arrange interviews with Citraland residents. This resulted in missed opportunities to gather valuable user insights directly from the target audience. Instead, the research relied primarily on desk research and a single interview session. This limited the depth of understanding necessary to ensure the solution fully addressed user needs. The experience underscored the importance of proactive planning and collaboration in the research process.
